Gun Safety Fundamentals
Following these three simple rules at all times will promote gun safety. Observing these fundamentals will eliminate accidents and tragedy.
Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
If you get in the habit of never pointing your gun toward anything you don't intend to shoot even when it is unloaded you can eliminate the risk of accidentally causing injury or damage.
Keep your finger off of the triffer until you are ready to fire.
Keeping your finger away from the trigger will reduce the chances of accidental firing the gun. Keep it along the side of the gun or against the trigger guard.
Keep the gun unloaded until you are ready to fire.
If the gun is unloaded it cannot shoot anything ot anyone.
